Judging by the final sales price of recent Captain America comics on ebay, no book is more anticipated this week than Captain America Reborn #1. How will they bring Steve back? Will he be the same? Why does he remind me of Mr. Hanky, the Christmas Poo on the cover? All these questions and more will be answered starting with this issue.
Following the events of Captain America #600, Steve Rogers' closest friends and allies may have found a way to bring back the original Captain America. Or is what they found something more sinister? The Red Skull's greatest plan to destroy Captain America has been in motion and its completion is almost at hand. Will Captain America be lost forever or will he be reborn?

Another promising bet this week is Justice League Cry For Justice #1. Too often, the Major Comic Companies kill off a long-time favorite hero, run a special "memorial" issue, then have the entire universe pretty much forget they ever existed. Anyone still grieving over the Wasp? How much Thor sadness was there when he died? Tears for Alpha Flight...anyone?
Sounds like DC might be taking a different route this time around:
