MegaWeekend: New York - Tourney Report Contest

I know it's a little early, but I wanted to throw this out there for all you would-be tourney report writers who will be attending MegaWeekend: New York. Paul "The Derange Bear" Sung and I have been hoping to read a ton of good tourney reports from each MegaWeekend. We both felt the Chicago tourney reports were great, but there weren't really enough of them.

Fearing that we might get more of the same from NY, Paul suggested we run a contest to encourage players to write about their MW experiences. In fact, Paul even agreed to put up two great prizes from his own collection. So here's the deal:

1. Write a tourney report highlighting your experiences at MegaWeekend: NY. It can be anything from a single detailed match-up to an entire run-down of your weekend. It doesn't have to be the main Modern or Silver events - feel free to write up any Vs. event at the MW. Pictures are great, but not required.

 2. Send it to me. You should run it through spell check first though. I'll publish the Top 5 to 10 here, depending upon how many we get (well, "The Top" according to me anyway).

3. Get Judged. We've got a panel of 3 "famous" judges who will be reading over your work and selecting their favorite. I'll announce who these mystery judges are as we get closer to the date, but I will tell you now that they are all great writers in their own right.
